Dana Leon-Palma, known as "DAY", is a Mexican-American interdisciplinary artist who discovered art as a powerful coping mechanism for navigating life with Tarlov Cyst Disease and Crohn’s Disease.Through her work, she explores resilience, transformation, and the beauty found in even the most difficult struggles.
DAY specializes in a broad range of UV Reactive Art including her developed style “Holographic Pointillism”, fascinated by neon colors and intricate dot work.
This passion has led to her deep admiration for artists like Keith Haring, Georges Seurat, Frida Kahlo, Vincent van Gogh, Sandro Botticelli & Leonora Carrington whose techniques and storytelling inspire her own artistic journey.

In 2021,She released the MELTED! Collection, solidifying her presence in the gallery scene with a vibrant series of digital media, sculptures, and paintings inspired by mental health awareness around the colorful worlds of Vincent van Gogh, Pop Art, and tying into the essence of New York City.
This collection reflected themes of social distortion, perception, and the melting together of emotions, experiences, and time.
